We want you to love your saree. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the delicate nature of handloom products, we currently accept returns only for manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped. Custom or sale items may not be eligible.
